Dearest husband and best friend of Annie, loving dad of Jonathan.

Private cremation to be followed by service of thanksgiving at St. John Lee Church, Acomb on Wednesday 7th January at 2.15pm.

No flowers please, donations if desired to Parkinson's UK and St. John Lee Church.
